Generic/Soft skill Training –and ‘Project Specific Training’are two types of training our employees regularly undergo.
1) Generic/Soft skill Training – Every employee at DCSS chooses soft skill training including communication including voice, non-voice practices and other efficiency improvement training. It happens with special attention with regular interval. This greatly helps us to meet ever-changing client’s requirements at its best.
2) Project Specified Training - We at DCSS pursue an absolute systematic, but custom approach for every Project with definite principles and procedures that includes the following steps.
- Identification of syllabus for every engagement
- Team Identification for Project Induction
- Actual Technical/Domain Training
- Improvement of Syllabus for the next batches
